Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying engineering concepts, principles, and practices applicable to the full range of engineering disciplines (such as civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental) to support the design, layout, execution, and supervision of construction operations; 2) Solving problems encountered during construction operations; 3) Reviewing technical engineering specifications, drawings, and statements of work covering complex and diverse engineering designs or changes for constructability and accuracy; and 4) Assessing how frequent changes in design or other engineering requirements affect other parts of construction projects.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/0800/engineering-technical-series-0802/
