Requirements:

TO QUALIFY FOR GS-5: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-4 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying standardized rules or procedures of engineering to assist higher-graded engineers or technicians in a variety of engineering specializations. QUALIFY FOR GS-4: Your resume must demonstrate at least six months of general experience plus six months of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-3 level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying basic or commonly used rules or procedures of engineering to assist higher-graded engineers or technicians in a variety of engineering specializations.
