Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Systems engineering, to include: creating, decomposing, and ensuring fulfillment of system requirements
- Evaluating hardware or software systems through laboratory, ground, or flight testing
- Analyzing data qualitatively and quantitatively to arrive at decision-quality answers
- Improving effectiveness and efficiency of processes and procedures
- Working with aircraft, to include: maintenance or installation of hardware and software
