This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the DoD Recent Graduates Direct Hiring Authority. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying advanced knowledge of legal principles and concepts to interpret a body of law, regulations, precedents, and practices in support of trial proceedings for an organization; completing paralegal duties in a high-volume office setting with initiative; conducting independent research for the preparation of legal opinions on matters of interest to the agency; performing substantive legal analysis, and communicating the issues, results of legal research and suggested resolution in clear and concise oral and written form. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing most or all of the following duties such as: 1) Managing case files and correspondence, including records of trial, pleadings, court documents, attorney work-product, client correspondence, and private information with accuracy; 2) Providing support to a large number of attorneys to include case review, tracking, and management in addition to fielding requests from a variety of inquiries; 3) Utilizing case law databases to research legal issues; 4) Providing full spectrum paralegal support; 5) Providing administrative support for all administrative matters.
