Requirements:

In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing services for civil engineering projects involving planning, design, construction and maintenance of facilities; 2) Interpreting objectives and policies in order to resolve a variety of complex water or wastewater system problems; 3) Applying project management techniques to ensure proper coordination, planning, budgeting and execution of facility or utility projects; and 4) Using knowledge of large commercial / industrial facilities such as wastewater treatment systems, distribution systems and structures to independently perform technical review of complex, advanced components of the facility and manufactured elements of a facility.
