In order to qualify for this position, your resume must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are being considered.GS-07: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing support to higher level employees on reporting, issues, and documentation; 2) Ensuring supervisor is briefed on any high visibility issues, as well as providing any necessary back up documents, reports, or correspondence; 3) Developing written materials that may be used in briefs and/or guidance to project managers; and 4) Independently carrying out recurrent assignments without specific instructions.
GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Independently planning and carrying out assignments in conformance with accepted policies and practices; 2) Assisting with writing Scopes of Work, creating government estimates, and negotiating contract task orders with various contractors (e.g. CLEAN, RAC, EMACs, 8a); 3) Assisting in meetings with Federal & State Environmental regulators regarding various topics such as Environmental Restoration (ER); and 4) Assisting with the development of program information and specific installation budgets for current and future years.
