Requirements:
Qualifications required: Professional knowledge of adult citizenship education to include instruction in ESL, history and civics, and the naturalization process in a variety of settings. Working knowledgeable of the issues involved in immigration policy, the naturalization process and testing, and immigrant integration. Ability to plan and organize projects, estimate resources, coordinate with management, and conduct all phases of the projects. Ability to interpret regulations and procedures and apply new methods. Communicate with the supervisor of potentially controversial findings, issues, or problems with widespread impact. Ability to develop advanced plans to ensure timely introduction of new or revised procedures, techniques, or operational concepts into the training program. Ability to conceive, develop, and introduce new program objectives, goals, systems, and concepts. Ability to propose new performance standards and evaluate ways and means of achieving objectives. Ability to design evaluation and quality control means to measure the effectiveness of program concepts or techniques. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Last rating of record should be achieved excellence or equivalent.
