We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Residential Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in garage door repair service or a similar field, a positive attitude, and a love for learning. As part of Aaron Overhead Doors, you'll be responsible for delivering a "WOW" experience to our clients.
Compensation is based on skill level.
Compensation:$50,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential doors and openers
- Uphold the "Aaron Overhead Door Way" in all service and customer interactions
- Utilize the Service Titan dispatch app effectively for assignments and communications
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless service experience
- Engage in continuous learning and improvement to stay ahead in the field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in door servicing or a related technical field
- Strong commitment to quality and detail-oriented service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to embrace the "Aaron Overhead Door Way."
- Proficiency in using technology and applications, specifically Service Titan
- Team player mindset and ability to work well within a close-knit group
