Requirements:

FOR ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent): Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, ND-03 (GS-9/11 equivalent), or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience as a professional Engineer analyzing, advising, and providing problem solving techniques necessary to execute professional engineering work related to Electromagnetics (EM) or Directed Energy (DE).
