THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.This National Guard position is for a AUDITOR-TITLE 5, Position Description Number PDT5147P01, PDT5422P01, and PDT5148P01 and is part of the KY USPFO, National Guard.
Requirements:
FOR THE GS-07SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:Must have at least one (1) year experience at the next lower level in the normal line of progression through federal service (GS-05) or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates the experience and knowledge of auditing principles and procedures.
FOR THE GS-09SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least one (1) year experience at the next lower level in the normal line of progression through federal service (GS-07) or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates the experience and knowledge of auditing principles and procedures. Knowledge of the concepts of audit business program requirements. Experience conducting audits in accordance with directives and policies. Experience studying and evaluating internal controls to determine the level of system reliability. Experience determining audit procedures needed to attain audit objectives. Experience obtaining evidence through inspection, observation, and inquiries, to provide a reasonable basis for an opinion in regard to the activity under examination. Experience conducting examinations and tests that used statistical and/or judgmental sampling of financial records and management controls to determine the degree of efficiency and effectiveness, and to determine that financial records were maintained in accordance with applicable regulations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Resume must have complete dates, work schedule, and/or hours worked per week for both civilian and military employment.
