Description:

The Laborer (MVO) positions are located in Acadia National Park, in the Trails Maintenance Branch and primarily engages in the routine maintenance and construction of trails, trail bridges, etc.

The typical seasonal period for these positions is May thru November, but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: May 2024

  3. Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment
  4. Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (other than blueprints)

    Ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision. (SCREEN OUT): Worked individually or with a crew performing trail maintenance, with close supervision.
