This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the DHA for Advanced Degree Candidates at Science and Technology Reinvention Labs. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 pay band or GS-9/11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting test planning in a laboratory and flight test environment to verify the capabilities of the system; 2) Analyzing test data (real-time and post-mission) to understand test results, draw conclusions, assess mission results, and present pre and post-test briefings to support progress reviews; 3) Developing test plans, writing procedures, coordinating resources, executing tests, and creating test reports for equipment systems and subsystems; 4) Providing sound advice to various levels of personnel on specific technical aspects of systems, concept development, and new uses of material, hardware, software, and tactics.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
