In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Knowledge of the etiquette and rules of golf are required. Must be able to read, write, speak English, and have skill in dealing with the public. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have basic computer experience. Must have the ability to operate n motor vehicle in a safe manner. Must be able to work independently and be able to work outdoors in the heat, wind, dust and other weather related conditions. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and endure riding a golf cart over the terrain for a 6 hour period. Duties are subject to an uncommon tour of duty such weekends. Position is subject to furlough from 1 November to 31 March.
