Description:

Requirements:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9/11 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Acting as technical authority and subject matter expert across related engineering fields for all technical matters in development, qualification, integration and transition to production; 2) Providing technical assessment, fact-finding and information reporting (written reports and presentations) throughout product life cycle; 3) Supporting acquisition tasks for product development, fully knowledgeable in basic operational and system requirements and system performance; 4) Monitoring development and production metrics (schedule, cost, technical) and exercise sound judgment and advising leadership concerning the accuracy, completeness and risk associated with the data.5) Identify gaps in resources, available information, or deviation from performance to plan objectives, and recommend approaches for mitigating risk and resolving problems; and 6) Assists with the development of technical process instructions, standard operating procedures and plans related to product development, production and in-service projects.
