We are looking for a professional real estate agent who can nurture leads and work intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate agent responsibilities include STRONG phone skills, and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Compensation:

$30,000 - $198,000

Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and assist Sellers and Buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Nurture and guide incoming leads
  • Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary contract paperwork
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Be open to learning!
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Idaho Real Estate License
  • Must reside in or be within commuting distance of Eagle, ID
  • STRONG phone skills, must not be afraid to pick up a phone and talk to potential clients
  • Real estate agent or real estate salesperson
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • MLS knowledge - Training available
  • Contract knowledge - Training available
