Requirements:

You will serve as an Electronics Engineer, Tactical Electronic Warfare, Code 574700 within NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY

This position has a Selective Placement Factor that will be used to screen out ineligible candidates. The Selective Placement Factor is: This position requires demonstrated experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) system engineering, engineering analysis, and the development and review of EW system requirements.

In addition to the Selective Placement Factor and Basic Education requirements, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-11/13 grade level or NP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assess, understand, and interpret threats to the Navy's Electronic Warfare (EW) systems based on reviewing intelligence information; 2) Develop system and subsystem level functional requirements and specifications based on intelligence assessments and technical analysis; 3)Plan, schedule and lead the efforts of other engineers, scientists and contractors; 4) Direct requirements management, risk management, technical reviews and technical planning; and 5) Communicate both orally and in writing.
