Requirements:
- Knowledge of the organization procedures, policies, and functional assignments within the division to answer questions, refer callers and visitors.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
