INTERIOR DESIGNER

Description:

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. You will serve as an Interior Designer in the Planning Design, and Construction Business Line.

Requirements:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assists with developing and formulating the total interior design concept for projects from the initial architectural start to completion of color design specification; 2) Assists with formulating generic furniture requirements based on 35% design stage collateral equipment lists and activity interviews; 3) Assists with developing schematic furniture layouts for review by project architect and activity in order to determine practical requirements and limitations of the project; and 4) assisting the project manager and client with developing collateral equipment lists including costs.
