This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered. There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer.Requirements:
Interested Applicants must submit Virginia Placement Test (VPT) results dated between FEBRUARY 15, 2024 and APRIL 15, 2024 along with their resume . To be eligible for an interview, the "Placement based upon results" must say: For Math: Eligible for MAT 111
For English: Eligible for ENF 3, EDE 11 or ENG 111. Virginia Placement Test: The test results determine eligibility for the program. EVERYONE who wants to apply to NNSY's Apprenticeship Program MUST participate in the college's Placement Testing Program within two years of the announcement opening date. Log on the TCC website: https://help.tcc.edu/s/article/Resources-for-Placement-Testing, to find out more information about the test. You must print a copy of your test scores after completion of the test before exiting your exam and speak to the proctor about your scores.
All attachments must be in a PDF format or a Word Document. (Google Docs and JPEGs are not acceptable). YOUR TEST RESULTS MUST BE ATTACHED TO YOUR APPLICATION. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN INELIGIBLE RATING.
