This position is located at Department of Housing and Urban Development OIG -Immediate Office. As an AIG for Special Inquiry, you will recommend policies that promote economy, efficiency, and effectiveness; and prevent and detect fraud, waste, and abuse in departmental offices and programs.

Basic Requirements: Applicants MUST:(1) be a graduate of an accredited law school with an LL.B. or J.D.; from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) ABA Approved Law Schools; (2) be a current member of a bar with a valid license to practice law in a state, territory of the United States, District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; and(3) meet all specialized experience requirements as described in the vacancy announcement. You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

MTQ 1- Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and supervising broad-ranging, complex, and highly technical reviews and investigations, of an Office of the Inspector General, Internal Affairs Office, Office of Professional Responsibility or any other comparable environment of a large organization or agency.
MTQ 2- Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and supervising the organization, drafting, editing and publication of detailed reviews and reports of investigations.
MTQ 3- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively and working constructively and collaboratively with other internal and external organizations and other professional disciplines to enhance the effectiveness of operations.
