This position is part of the Haskell Indian Nations University, Bureau of Indian Education (BIE). As a Utility Systems Repairer-Operator Leader you will serve as a leader over the Maintenance Services staff by setting the pace and performing the work identical with or of the same type and grade level as performed by those led, and in addition, provides direction over their work in Heating, Cooling and Boiler Systems, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Carpentry, Locksmith, and general Maintenance.Requirements:

Experience: There is no specific length of training or experience required. However, you must be able to demonstrate through experience shown in your written application materials that you possess the sufficient knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the work of this position.
(Screen-Out Element): Ability to do the work of a Utility Systems Repairer-Operator Leader involves leading three or more workers in performing comprehensive maintenance and repair on all campus buildings to include heating and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigerators and freezer units, plumbing and electrical systems, carpentry, locksmith, and painting. This is a screen-out element. Failure to meet a minimum level of experience will result in an ineligible rating.
