Description:

Requirements:

In addition to the basic requirements of this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Preparing basic project documentation for construction and special projects; 2) Preparing basic requirements documentation for Basic Facility Requirements (BFRs) with minimum review or input; 3) Conducting Asset Evaluations on majority of facility and structure type for review; 4) Participating in land use planning and siting evaluation as a team member; 5) Preparing site approval documentation with minimal review or input; 6) Working in Facility Planning systems (i.e. Shore, Navy, Geospatial Information Systems, Facilities Readiness and Evaluation System) for facility planning actions; and 7) Applying theories, concepts, principles and methodologies or a complex knowledge of planning in the field of an engineering or architectural discipline sufficient to research, analyze, interpret and carry out difficult but conventional assignments.
