Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Serving as the established technical resource for stakeholders on all aspects of energy conservation, reduction, resilience and renewability; 2) Coordinating energy conservation efforts with internal and tenant activities; 3) Preparing projects to reduce energy, solid waste, water, and sewer costs; 4) Providing energy conservation training to clients; 5) Reviewing and monitoring energy use trends and patterns to ensure progress towards established goals by an organization; and 4) Developing energy-related documents and programs to comply with organizational directives.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series AND http://www.opm.gov/qualifications/Standards/group-stds/gs-admin.asp.
