Description:
The incumbent will be part of the International Office (IO) and work under the supervision of the IO Director. They will be responsible for collaborating with staff from the Center's Education and Research Divisions and coordinating with the information technology and editorial offices to assist with IO programs. This position requires regular interaction with US and foreign judges, court administrative personnel, subject matter experts, and staff at partner institutions.Requirements:
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: Strong Microsoft Office Skills (specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Demonstrated ability to conduct research and write clearly and concisely. Experience with videoconferencing applications such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Aptitude for working on a variety of assignments under time constraints. Commitment to ensuring deadlines are met and delivering quality media consistent with FJC guidelines. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Self-initiative and desire for continuing professional growth. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Strong interest in judicial administration, international studies, and rule of law. Aptitude for engaging with new and innovative web-tools and designs (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Creative Suite, Drupal). Portfolio demonstrating a variety of media, preferably including informational materials. Familiarity with presentation software such as Mentimeter, Prezi, or Slido. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
