Requirements:
Qualifications required: Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external partners on Insider Threat (InT) matters. Assist in the production of InT risk and vulnerability assessments, reports, and informational and educational messages to the workforce regarding InT activities that could impact CBP personnel, assets, operations, and information. Brief management and InT stakeholders on substantive InT incidents, cases and referrals, with an emphasis on identifying anomalies and trends to assist in developing courses of action to mitigate threats. Employ data analytic tools to collect information from CBP's network to identify potential insider threats. Contribute to short and long term planning and use intelligence processes and methods to support threat prioritization. Utilize various resources to include open-source and internal CBP databases to systematically conduct research on persons of interest in an effort to provide other stakeholders ,a comprehensive picture of the individual identify and possible threat. Establish and maintain a close working relationship with regional and national-level counterparts on insider threat matters to promote unity of effort and synergy throughout the whole of government. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving methods and techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the insider threat program.Please read the following important information to ensure we have everything we need to consider your application:
