This position is a Administrative Officer, GS- 0341-9 working in Albuquerque, New Mexico for the R2-Refuge Operations.Requirements:
Only experience and education obtained by 04/05/2024 will be considered.In order to qualify for this position, you must possess both the Minimum Qualification.
Minimum Qualification [GS-9] Possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-7 level in the Federal service that equipped me with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities needed in order to successfully perform the duties of this position and that was in the same field or field directly related to this position. Specialized experience may include: 1) advising on administrative issues (e.g., processing personnel actions, time and attendance); 2) performing budget preparation or execution duties (e.g., estimates, projections, financial tracking, monitoring, reconciling and reporting); 3) purchasing of supplies and equipment. NOTE: Your resume must include sufficient detail (e.g., complete begin/end dates, work schedule, duties performed, etc.) for each work period to be considered. OR Possess a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. One year of full-time graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study. If that information cannot be obtained from the school, 18 semester hours should be considered as satisfying the 1 year of full-time study requirement. NOTE: Transcripts required. OR Possess an equivalent combination of specialized experience and directly related graduate level education as described in A and B above that, when computed as percentages of their respective requirements, equals at least 100% when combined. Only graduate education beyond the first year is creditable to meet this standard. NOTE: Transcripts required, and your resume must contain sufficient information, e.g., complete begin/end dates, hours worked per week, duties performed, etc., for each period of work for consideration to meet this standard.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Time In Grade Requirement: Applicants must meet both eligibility and qualification requirements for the position of interest by the closing date of the JOA. Specifically,
i. Area of Consideration.
ii. Time-in-grade (TIG) requirements as specified in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F.
iii. Time after competitive appointment as specified in 5 CFR 330.502.
iv. Qualification requirements outlined in OPM's Qualifications Standards for General Schedule Positions or for Federal Wage System (FWS), wage grade positions, applicants are evaluated using the OPM Job Qualification System for Trades and Labor Occupations and the job element examining method
