Requirements:

For the GS-12 Grade level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer leading or coordinating support for environmental programs (e.g., Clean Water, Clean Air, Oil and Hazardous Substances/Spill Response, Industrial Wastewater, Hazardous Materials and Waste, Underground Storage Tanks, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures, etc.) to include analyzing, preparing and reviewing environmental documents and overseeing or advising on environmental field work in support of shipyard operations.

For the GS-11 Grade level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer providing analytical support for environmental programs (e.g., Clean Water, Clean Air, Oil and Hazardous Substances/Spill Response, Industrial Wastewater, Hazardous Materials and Waste, Underground Storage Tanks, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures, etc.) to include analyzing and/or reviewing environmental documents and conducting environmental field work in support of shipyard operations.

For the GS-09 Grade level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer providing support for environmental programs (e.g., Clean Water, Clean Air, Oil and Hazardous Substances/Spill Response, Industrial Wastewater, Hazardous Materials and Waste, Underground Storage Tanks, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures, etc.) to include preparing and/or reviewing environmental documents and conducting environmental field work in support of shipyard operations.

For the GS-07 Grade level:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer assisting in supporting environmental programs (e.g., Clean Water, Clean Air, Oil and Hazardous Substances/Spill Response, Industrial Wastewater, Hazardous Materials and Waste, Underground Storage Tanks, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures, etc.) to include assisting in compiling or reviewing environmental documents or assisting in conducting environmental field work in support of shipyard operations.
