This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision.

Qualifying experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Operating boom cranes to load, unload, move and position material with restricted maneuver ability requiring critical accuracy; 2) Operating the crane's controls while making difficult clearance judgments, watching load/boom movements; 3) Working from hand, radio or other approved types of signals for crane operations.
