Description:
This position is located in the United States Mint, Office of the Director, Sales & Marketing Directorate, Sales Division, Sales Operations Branch (SOB), Retail and Conventions Team. The incumbent plans, organizes, and directs day-to-day operations of the United States Mint Retail and Conventions program functions.

One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
-Experience administering and coordinating retail standard operational procedures; AND
-Experience using customer or employee satisfaction data to take action and make improvements; AND
-Experience leading project teams to address business or industry issues; AND
-Experience monitoring performance and establishing metrics or reports based on those results; AND
-Experience implementing new strategies to improve company logistics (i.e. how resources are acquired, stored); AND
-Experience with managing inventory to optimize profitability.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-13 you must have been at the GS-12level for 52 weeks.
