About the Position: This position is located in Evans Army Community Hospital, (EACH) Dept. of Pathology Fort Carson, CO.This is an obligated Position in which an employee has return rights. Upon the employee's return, incumbent may be required to vacate this position.
This position is a TERM position NTE 2 years. It is time-limited and may be extended up to maximum of eight years.
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes demonstrated/documented work in 1) staining, grossing, embedding of tissue specimens; AND 2) performing work as an autopsy assistant (Diener) such as setting and cleaning up morgue area, transporting bodies or preparing sample slides. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
