Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Supervisor to oversee our landscaping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardscape, landscape design, and project management. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of landscapers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, and maintaining the high standards of quality that 4 Seasons Landscaping is known for.
Compensation:$25 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities:- Create daily reports of completed work
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of projects
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of plants, trees, and horticultural practices
- Make recommendations for plant selection, soil improvement, and pest control
Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Address client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction with our services
Equipment and Resource Management:
- Manage and maintain landscaping equipment
- Coordinate the procurement of materials and resources needed for projects
- Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification
- Over 2 years of experience with residential or commercial properties as a landscaping crew member
- Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
- Experience with a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment including clippers, chain saws, lawnmowers, blowers, edgers, rakes, and hedge trimmers
