THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.This National Guard position is for a ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OA) (TITLE 5), Position Description Number T5052000 and is part of the IL ANGHQ, National Guard.
Requirements:
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: MUST possess administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position; experience using computer and automation systemsTime-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-06 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-05 Level. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-06 Level -MUST possess experience performing administrative work, gathering information, compiling data and preparing reports: experience in the interpretation and application of regulations, procedures or law: experience using oral and written communication.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
