Experience in Test and reliability in Semiconductors. 2. Must have the skills/ability to manage and move different life cycle phases of the projects. 3. Needs to coordinate Production transfers b/w different partner set up 4. Preferred to have worked in semiconductor industry. 5. Must overlap with Asia and San Jose time t o work as a link b/w onshore and offshore 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in San Jose and Taiwan to ensure alignment. 7. Good presentation skills
