Description:
HHSC needs a project manager to guide the visioning, assessment, planning, and implementation of a project to enhance the agency s IT Configuration Management DataBase (CMDB). This will include working with a vendor(s) to gather stakeholder business requirements, obtaining approvals for the resulting CMDB roadmap, working with stakeholders and the ITSM team to plan the implementation of the CMDB enhancement, and guiding the implementation. Existing CMDB platforms include ServiceNow and BMC Helix
