Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will independently perform a range of administrative, technical, and analytical duties in Regional budget formulation, justification, forecasting, execution, analysis and review. The incumbent will persuade managers, with opposing views, to follow recommendations.

To qualify for this position at the GS-12 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following:

Performing a wide range of administrative, technical, and analytical duties independently in all phases of the budget planning, reporting, formulation, forecasting, execution, analysis, and review process, AND Monitoring execution via budget vs. actuals variance and trend analysis of budget programs to include making operational recommendations to decision makers.
