Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 pay band or GS-9/11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Designing avionics systems electrical components, including software, wire harnesses, electronic controls, switches, etc.; 2) Comprehending complex engineering problems and collaborating with others to provide effective solutions; 3) Experience with IC circuit boards and printed circuit board development; 4) Familiarity with current wireless technologies and protocols; and 5) Providing leadership/mentorship to staff in resolving technical engineering challenges.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
