About the Position:

Serves as a Program Director for the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Installations, Energy and Environment) (ASA (IE&E)), in the Office of Energy Initiatives (OEI).

Term position not to exceed 13 months and may be extended up to 6 years.

Specialized Experience:

One-year specialized experience which includes planning and execution of projects, conduct studies to identify/propose solutions to management problems related to program wide energy issues. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13)

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
