About the position: This position will be assigned to the Moose Run Golf Course on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK.
This is a seasonal position Not To Exceed 31-OCT-2024.
This position is also Flexible, meaning you are guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours per week to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Your schedule will depend on needs of the facility.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
No previous experience or training is required. Must be able to use, control, and clean common hand tools, and simple power equipment. Must be able to follow oral and/or written instructions. Must be physically able to frequently lift and carry medium to heavy objects up to 40 pounds, and be able to occasionally lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds. Must be able to actively bend, stoop, stand, reach, and work in awkward positions. Work is performed outside in all kinds of weather and inside in areas that may be dusty, drafty and noisy. Mishandling of the equipment, tools and tasks involved may result in injuries that are more serious. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a preemployment physical. Must satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check With Inquires (NACI). Must have a valid driver's license. Must satisfactorily complete a preemployment drug test.
