About the position: This is a NTE Flexible (Flex) position located at the Ft Eustis Outdoor Recreation Mini-Park on Joint Base Langley-Eustis VA - Ft Eustis location.
This Position is for weekends only at the Mini Park. NTE (not to exceed) 10/31/2024.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Applicant must have experience which provided a working familiarity with the routines and procedures followed in group activities or programs: and practical knowledge and/or experience of recreational activities and equipment. rules and procedures in a recreation program activity which has Involved recreation work in the area of specialty in which the position is assigned. Position must have cash handling experience. Must be physically able to frequently lift and carry objects weighing 50 pounds or more. Must be able to continuously stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods of time. Must satisfactorily complete pre-employment physical. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). Position requires current state drivers' license . "This is a drug testing designated position.
