Description:
Plans, schedules and conducts weekend basic keelboat courses IAW guidelines established by US Navy Sailing Association for military active duty personnel and their dependents, retirees and authorized civilians. This position is subject to instructing the summer and winter boater safety courses that are offered.Requirements:
A strong background in sailing with a minimum of 1 year sailing experience, on water safety at an instructor level, good communication and teaching skills, ability to work with a diverse range of students, past leadership experience or the desire to develop leadership abilities.
