This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.About the Position: Serve as an Acquisition Analyst with responsibilities of developing performance work statements and other contract requirements package documentation for various types of complex contracts and other procurement actions.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that includes: 1) Developing Performance Work Statements (PWS) / Statements of Work (SOW), Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, and Contract Data Requirements Lists; 2) Creating justifications and approvals, Market Research Reports, and coordinating input for Independent Government Estimates; and, 3) Evaluating criteria for various complex procurement actions to develop contract strategies.
