Descriptio Specifically support all HP's PCs (notebooks, laptops, accessories) for internal and external customers. You will be working through issue validation and issue replication. You will act as a Tier 2 level support, this call would of already spoke to a Tier 1 and needed to escalate to you. You will be on the phone working through basic troubleshooting and if it is still an issue, you will have the PC sent to you for further testing.
