Requirements:
GENERAL EXPERIENCE is progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position with experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is experience which is directly related to the position to be filled and which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position.
GS-07 - Must have at least 1 year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Examples of specialized experience includes: Provides technical assistance to all reporting officials. Quality reviews reports for compliance with current directives and standards. Ensures records are accurately maintained and updated. Participates in processing activities for accessions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Resume must have complete dates and hours worked per week for each occurrence of both civilian and military employment (Example: 2 JAN 1980 to 3 MAR 1981; 0800-1630 M-F or JAN 1980 to MAR 1981; 40 hrs/wk) Use of year only will result in disqualification. Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Your experience will be evaluated on the basis of duties performed. Your record of experience, training, and education must show possession of the following knowledge, skills and abilities needed to fully perform the duties of the position:
--Knowledge of, and skill in applying a comprehensive body of military human resources rules, guidelines, and instructions to provide technical support in the assigned program area and to research, study and analyze all aspects of the assigned military function(s).
--Ability to analyze information, to determine it's relevance, and to provide options to management/supervisors/military members regarding appropriate course of action.
--Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
--Analytical skill and judgment as well as knowledge of the mission of the wing and other units serviced.
