This is an open continuous announcement with bi-weekly cutoffs. Applications received prior to the cutoff date will be reviewed and possibly referred for consideration. First cutoff date is 04 March 2024
Requirements:

Assumptions will not be made regarding your experience and the duties performed.**Minimum Qualifications: Directly related work experience that included the goals, principles, method of techniques, of outdoor recreation and understanding the interests of individuals and groups. Planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, or evaluating community, industrial, outdoor, institutional, or other recreational programs. Work experience supervising support staff in outdoor recreation programs. Demonstrated work experience must be equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. Highly Preferred Criteria: Preferred are those applicants that possess a Certified Leisure Professional through National Recreation and Park Association and work experience as indicated above and a bachelor's degree in the recreation/outdoor program areas. Three (3) years of experience with full management authority over a diverse Outdoor Recreation Program. **If you are relying on your education to meet qualification requirements:You MUST submit a copy of your transcript if you want to substitute your education for experience.**
