The mission of the National Counterintelligence & Security Center is to lead and support the U.S. Government's counterintelligence (CI) and security activities critical to protecting our nation; provide CI outreach to U.S. private sector entities at risk of foreign intelligence penetration; and issue public warnings regarding intelligence threats to the U.S.Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements:Ph.D. in psychology or a related behavioral science field of study.
12-15 years of professional experience with neuropsychology, national security psychology, and/or social behavioral science research.
Superior ability to plan, research, develop and conduct complex analytical methodological analyses to provide information that meets the information needs of clients and contributes to the development of high-quality behavioral science research products.
Superior ability to provide input, coordination, review and development of Behavioral Science products which develop new or revise existing methods, techniques, and tools for the IC community.
Expert knowledge of research methodology and ability to conduct statistics in programs such as SPSS, R, or Python.
Superior ability to visualize and report analyses based on client needs (i.e. Pivot Tables, Tableau, PowerBI or other visualization tools).
Expert knowledge of psychological research literature.
Desired Requirements:
12-15 years of professional experience with neuropsychology, national security psychology, and/or social behavioral science research.
Expert knowledge of relevant ODNI regulations, federal regulations, and legislation.
