Job Details:- Facility: Ascension Seton - Austin
- Location: Austin, TX
- Unit/Specialty: Med/Surg
- Shift: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift
- Start Date: September 10, 2023
- End Date: December 9, 2023
- General med/surg overflow: Acute Care Telemetry - chest pain, NSTEMI, Syncope, Heart Failure, Rhabdo, Pneumonia w/ cardiac compromise, tele observation pts, etc.
- Unit Description: 30-bed Acute Care (Med/Surg) Cardiac Telemetry/Observation Unit - preferred experienced is for Med/Surg Tele RNs, specifically making sure they have previous Telemetry background
- License: Nursys, License/Certificate Verification
- Professional: Ascension Drivers License, Ascension Skills Checklist, Ascension Competency Exam, Ascension Specialty Exam
- Personal Health History: Ascension Color Vision, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Varicella, Tdap
- Professional: Ascension Profile, Ascension 2 Professional References, Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, Ascension EPLS, Ascension OFAC, Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen, Ascension Badge Photo, Ascension Education Verification, Ascension Confirmation of Assignment
