Description:
This position is located at Seward Military Resort.Selected candidate will be required to reside in Seward, Alaska within 30 days of appointment as this is a year-round position. Housing may be provided on a space available basis.

Requirements:
- Progressively responsible work experience in hospitality engineering and facilities maintenance performing leader or supervisory duties.
- Must be well-organized with attention to detail.
- Must be able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Must have the ability to read blueprints and schematics; a strong working knowledge of all major building systems and tracking orders; Universal Refrigerants Certification; and a willingness to work different shifts as business dictates.
