Mandatory Requirements:General knowledge of Enrollment Services functions.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Interpersonal skills including strong customer service practices and telephone etiquette.
Proofreading and editing skills.
Ability to deliver results by designated deadlines.
Ability to use sound judgement in the application of policies and procedures.
Ability to enter large amounts of data with high level of accuracy.

Experience using Blackboard.
3-years of specialized experience as an enrollment officer.
