A minimum combination of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field. Must have strong knowledge of sales and marketing, consumer behavior, personal selling, advertising. Must be detail oriented and proficient with current software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate distribution of information between internal departments and outside partner organizations. Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills. Exhibit both strong oral and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with military personnel, sponsors and MCCS employees and managers. Ability to understand the department goals, determine role within it and make suggestions/recommendations as needed. Ability to work weekends when necessary. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.
