Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Determines outstanding Preventive Maintenance (PM) deficiencies, prepares weekly/monthly reports. 2) Maintains a filling system for all completed work orders and preventative maintenance orders. 3) Prepares documents for travel and for training before submitting for authorization. 4) Manages communication at the Public Works, activates and distributes cellar phones to employees, maintains, updates both the cellular and desk phone contact information. 5) Coordinates and performs medical monitoring duties using ESAMS, works with local branch medical clinic to update employees' medical stressors. 6) Maintains inventory of office supplies and prepares purchase request to order office supplies and office equipment.Note: This information must be fully supported in your resume.
